At Rasrover, we want your food walk to be as smooth, safe, and flavorful as possible. Below are all the essential details, policies, and important notes to help you prepare for your tour with confidence.

  • Language: English-speaking local guide

  • Group Size: Small groups (max 8 guests)
    Private groups (8+ guests) can message us in advance.

  • Food Tastings: 15+ tastings of iconic local dishes

  • Drinks: Bottled water + traditional local drinks

  • Duration: 3.5 to 4 hours

  • Guide: Led by a knowledgeable and friendly Rasrover host

  • Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund

  • Family-Friendly: All ages welcome

  • Type: Walking tour – please wear comfortable footwear

  • Instant Confirmation: Book quickly to secure your spot

  • Transport: Pick-up/drop-off not included
    Optional transport to the meeting point is available with 24 hours’ notice at an extra cost

🍽️ Dietary Information

We strive to accommodate dietary preferences whenever possible:

  • Vegetarian-Friendly: Many of our tastings are naturally vegetarian

  • Vegan: 1–2 tastings may include dairy with no vegan alternative

  • Lactose Intolerant: Dairy is used in 1–2 tastings

  • Gluten Sensitivities: 1–2 tastings may contain gluten
    Kindly inform us in advance about any dietary needs. We’ll guide you through suitable options during the tour.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour

  • No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • In case Rasrover cancels a tour due to weather or unforeseen reasons, you’ll receive:

    • A full refund or

    • Option to reschedule your experience

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

📋 Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: You’ll receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp after full payment

  2. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience.

  3. Walking Tour Format: Our tours are on foot—comfortable shoes and weather-ready clothing are recommended

  4. Allergy & Dietary Notices: Some dishes may contain common allergens. Please notify us in advance.e

  5. Conduct & Safety: Rasrover is not liable for personal loss, injury, or illness during the tour. Disruptive guests may be asked to leave without a refund.

  6. Photography: We occasionally capture moments for promotional use. Let your guide know if you prefer not to be photographed.d

  7. Transport Note: Transport is not included by default. If needed, we can arrange drop-off at the meeting point at extra cost with 24-hour advance notice. Post-tour transport assistance is provided
